This event aims to connect the organizations opposing ICE and supporting immigrant neighbors with the individuals in our community who are horrified by ICE overreach and ready to take action. Ally attendees will have the opportunity to join efforts against ICE in defense of immigrants, and immigrant attendees will be able to learn about the resources available in support of immigrant communities. This fair aims to bring together organizers engaged in rapid response, community defense, mutual aid, policy advocacy, and other work. Security will be present.

Join the No ALPRs campaign against Automated License Plate Readers, a harmful form of AI mass surveillance being used to facilitate mass deportations across the country, for a postcard writing party. We'll be writing to Austin City Council and asking our council members to oppose ALPRs when they come back up for a vote in December. If you're new to the issue, we'll be sharing lots of talking points and information you can use, and we'll be sharing about other ways you can support this campaign. Join us for some food, drinks, and camaraderie and help protect our community.
